YUVA is looking for a Accounts Executive to work at YUVA Centre, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai office.

Accounts Executive – 1 Post

 

Youth for Unity and Voluntary Action (YUVA) is a voluntary development organization founded in 1984 with a goal to intervene in issues of social justice. YUVA empowers the oppressed and the marginalized by facilitating their organizations and institutions towards building equal partnerships in the development process ensuring the fulfillment of their human right to live in security, dignity and peace.

 

YUVA is looking for a Accounts Executive to work at YUVA Centre, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai office.

 

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining day to day accounts, petty cash handling, preparing cash / bank/ journal vouchers etc.,  data entry in Tally, bank payments, bank reconciliation, preparations of quarterly budget plans, preparing MIS reports,  TDS calculations / submissions, Service Tax calculations etc.

 

The essential Qualification & Experience:

  1. B.Com with thorough knowledge of Tally 9.0.
  2. Minimum work experience of 2-3 years in accounting and general financial management. Applicant should be conversant in computer application especially in Tally 9.0 and Excel.
  3. The candidate must be familiar with raising bills and recovery procedures for recovery  from parties

 

Candidates with previous work experience in NGOs are preferred.

 

Salary: Negotiable depends on experience and competence.
